Introduction
This product offers a dedicated roofing system for standard-sized (10m x 20m) padel courts. The padel court structure features a hot-dip galvanized steel frame, steel mesh, and 12mm tempered glass, while the roof utilizes an aluminum alloy frame and UV-resistant PVC membrane; this design provides effective protection against sun and rain without obstructing the view of the padel court lighting. Both the padel court and the roofing system come with all necessary installation accessories.
The padel court roof is precision-engineered to match the padel court dimensions perfectly, ensuring ample overhead clearance and effective drainage. For non-standard sites, the dimensions of the aluminum alloy frame and membrane can be customized to fit the specific court layout.

Packaging and Shipping
Optimized Container Loading Plan Precise spatial planning was employed during the loading process for padel courts and padel roofing systems to effectively coordinate components of varying dimensions—including the combined structures of padel courts and their padel roofs. Given the mix of standard, elongated, and irregularly shaped items, the loading team systematically arranged the components within the containers to ensure structural stability during maritime transport. The precisely calculated loading plan effectively prevented padel courts and padel roof shifting and damage, ensuring that all structural components arrived at their destination intact. Categorized Packaging to Ensure Safe Transport Components for the padel court and padel roof structure are sorted according to their function. Elongated components—such as aluminum roof profiles and steel mesh frames for the court—are laid flat at the bottom of the container, while irregularly shaped items (including bolts, nuts, and specialized installation hardware) are packed into heavy-duty protective bags and secured within reinforced wooden frames. This organized loading method not only streamlines customs inspections but also enables the installation team to unload the cargo efficiently. | |||
