2. Using high-strength Q235B steel, hot-dip galvanized after fabrication (3mm thickness).

3. Hot-dip galvanizing process (80-micron zinc coating) provides excellent corrosion and rust resistance, making it suitable for outdoor use.

4. Optional GAM (Galvanized After Manufacturing) process (120-micron zinc coating) ensures suitability for installation in areas with high humidity or high salinity/corrosive environments.

5. A composite finish combining shot blasting and electrostatic powder coating (100-micron thickness) allows for frame color customization and further enhances weather resistance.
