Product Overview

Green Artificial Turf is a landscape-grade artificial turf system designed for all climate zones, from equatorial to temperate regions. It surpasses the industrial feel of traditional "plastic lawns," replicating the undulating texture of natural meadows through a biomimetic grass fiber matrix and three-dimensional curling technology. It requires no watering, no mowing, no fertilizing, and is completely resistant to foot traffic. Whether in the scorching deserts, humid and rainy tropics, or high-altitude regions with intense UV radiation, it maintains its vibrant green color without fading or aging. Based on the principles of bio-adaptive engineering, this turf provides a perpetually green ground solution for extreme environments.

Product Features

Cross-section shape:  Adopts a "diamond-shaped reinforced" cross-section, unlike the circular or C-shaped cross-sections of cheaper products. This structure increases the friction coefficient in all 360 degrees, allowing the synthetic grass fibers to quickly rebound after being stepped on (recovery rate ≥95%), maintaining an upright posture for a long time, and preventing "carpet-like" flattening.

Eco-friendly backing coating: Uses PU polyurethane backing adhesive, achieving zero VOC emissions, making it particularly suitable for enclosed balconies, indoor courtyards, and other semi-indoor spaces.  There is no odor 24 hours after installation.

Three-layer water permeability: Grass fiber layer gaps (horizontal water conduction) → three-layer base fabric capillary pores (vertical penetration) → bottom water storage and drainage mat, forming a three-dimensional drainage network to solve the problem of water accumulation caused by heavy rainfall in tropical regions.

Pre-coated adhesive edges: 10cm pre-coated hot-melt adhesive edges are reserved on both sides of the roll material, allowing for seamless splicing on-site using a hot air welding gun. The peel strength at the seams is ≥40N, avoiding the landscape damage caused by "turf stitching lines" from traditional U-shaped nail fixation.

Tropical Waterfront Landscape

Resort: The poolside lounge area is paved with 30mm high-density emerald green artificial grass, creating a "grass-into-water" visual effect with the coconut trees. The grass fibers do not become brittle in a salt spray environment, and the barefoot walking experience is comparable to natural Bermuda grass.

Sky Garden: Lightweight design (2.5kg/㎡) puts no pressure on the load-bearing capacity of old building roofs, solving the problem of natural grass survival in high-rise buildings with strong winds and thin soil layers.
