Golden Five Centimeters is a versatile artificial turf solution with a core parameter of grass height exceeding 25mm. It breaks the boundaries of single-function products, creating a multi-layered "top, middle, and bottom" structure in the vertical space: the top layer of grass fibers offers a soft touch and full visual appearance, the middle layer provides stable support and cushioning, and the bottom layer, composed of a strong and dense base fabric system, ensures overall stability and excellent drainage.

The product utilizes a climate-adaptive formula, allowing for performance optimization in different environments. For example, it can enhance scratch resistance and antibacterial properties for pet activity areas in North American backyards, improve UV resistance and heat resistance for outdoor sports fields in dry regions, or strengthen drainage and mildew resistance in high-temperature and high-humidity areas. The grass fibers mimic natural grass blades, exhibiting biomimetic color variations and textures on the surface, creating a visually soft and dynamically realistic appearance similar to natural grass under the influence of light and breeze. When walking or exercising, the interaction between the grass fibers and the base layer also provides a natural feel and sound feedback.

Safety and Environmental Protection

Contact-Safe Backing Adhesive: Uses water-based PU backing adhesive (non-solvent type), with VOC emissions <50μg/m³, passing the EU REACH 211 harmful substances test. Even if pets chew on the grass fibers, they will not ingest toxic chemicals. The bonding strength between the backing adhesive layer and the base fabric is ≥40N/5cm, resisting tearing by dogs.

Anti-Migration Design: The gripping force between the grass fibers and the backing adhesive is ≥30N. Simulated tests show that even with an Alaskan Malamute continuously pulling with a 20kg force for 5 minutes, the grass fiber shedding rate is <0.1%, far superior to industry standards.

Drainage and Cleaning

Dual-Channel Drainage: Vertical gaps in the grass fiber layer (water permeable) + bottom perforations (1600 6mm holes per m²), with a water permeability rate of ≥60L/min/m², meeting the drainage needs of tropical downpours; pet urine can instantly penetrate to the bottom layer, preventing urine stains from forming on the grass surface.
